How many boxes of formula should I order?

Below you will find approximately how many fluid ounces of formula each product will make.

Holle 1 – 90 fluid ounces
Holle 2 – 136 fluid ounces
Lebenswert 1 – 128 fluid ounces
Lebenswert 2 – 128 fluid ounces

How much does the formula cost?

Formula prices are listed under the individual product pages.

Is the formula x-rayed or irradiated?

Some of our formula may be x-rayed during shipping, however none of our formula is exposed to irradiation at any time.

Where can I find the instructions on how to prepare the formula?

The instructions can be found under the appropriate Formula Tab.

When will the formula expire?

Most boxes usually expire about a year from their ship date to us. The expiration date can be found on the bottom of the package in the following format dd/mm/yyyy.

How soon after I open the formula should it be used?

The manufacturer recommends discarding any unused formula two weeks after the bag has been opened.

Is it really necessary to boil the water?

Boiling the water has nothing to do with the quality of the water you are using to make the formula. Powdered formulas are not sterile. Mixing the powder with warm water sterilizes the powder by killing any microorganisms that may exist in the formula. These microorganisms can in theory make a baby sick. Preemies and babies with compromised immune systems are most at risk. After boiling the water, allow the water to cool to approximately 122°F before mixing in the powder. Once the formula is mixed with the warm water it must be used immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal or if you live in the San Jose area you may also pick it up.

Do you charge sales Tax?

Only if you reside in CA, as that is where we are located.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Not at this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders will generally ship within 24-48 hours of payment being received. You will receive tracking info from either the USPS or PayPal as soon as your order ships. The tracking info will be sent to the email address you provided to us at check out. If for some reason you don’t receive your tracking info please check your spam folder before contacting us. NOTE: Be sure that the address you submit with your order is your correct/current address, as this is where the shipment will be sent. Why didn't I receive all of the boxes I ordered at once?

If your order is shipping in multiple boxes due to size, we will make sure to send the additional boxes right away.

Why don't you ship orders on the weekends?

We cherish our family time, so weekends are spent with our family and loved ones. Emails will be responded to on the next business day.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, unfortunately due to the sensitive nature of our products and to maintain the integrity and quality of our inventory we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any reason. Once your order has been processed and shipped we cannot cancel or refund the order.
